What can you do once logged in to your account?

After creating and logging in to your account, you will be able to:

• View and update your personal information
• Add a profile photo (this is great for the church directory)
• Give online, set up recurring or automated giving and print out a record of your giving activity
• Access an online directory of current RiverPointe members and their basic contact information

Here are a few tips to help you update your account!

Uploading a photo

To upload a photo of an individual:

1. Navigate to your profile.
2. Click on the image box at the top.
3. Click “Upload Image” and select the image you want to upload.
4. Crop the image to the appropriate size and save the change.

To upload a photo of a family:

1. Navigate to the profile of someone in your family.
2. Click the gray header over the family section and then click “Add Family Picture.”
3. Click “Upload Image” and select the image you want to upload.
4. Crop the image to the appropriate size and save the change.

Uploading your personal information

1. Navigate to the person you wish to edit.
2. Click the gray header over the section you wish to edit.
3. Make the desired changes.
4. Click the save button on the gray header to complete your changes.

Marking Data as Private

Your email, address and phone number(s) are available to all church members unless you indicate otherwise. To hide the information so only staff can see your contact information, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your profile.
2. Click the gray header over the section containing an address, email or phone number.
3. Below the field select “Show More Options.”
4. Check the “Make Private Data” checkbox¹ and save your changes.

Didn’t receive your invite to create your online account?

If you haven’t already received an email invitation to create your online RiverPointe Member account, it most likely means that we do not have your email address on file.  If you’ll complete the form below, we’ll update our database with your information and send an invitation to create your member account soon.
